I got to know Helen through a chat group over the last two years. Helen has shared healing knowledge in the the group. I have a brain condition which causes pressure in my head migraines and fibromyalgia. I also have reflux and IBS. I have some degree of pain most days. I am better in the summer months but in the winter I find it hard and have to keep my head warm wearing hats.
 

I look after myself, I don't drink alcohol and have a vegan diet and I take lots of supplements. Generally I just get on with things and don't complain but I have bad flare ups, which cause me to have bad migraines everyday, the pain in my joints gets unbearable and I find it impossible to sleep with the pain in my hands, knees, hips, neck and shoulders. I have strong medication for when its bad, that was not working, so I decided to ask Helen for distance healing.  I am a full believer in healing, being a spiritual person myself and Helen said she would send me some that night. "Great" I thought, so I had a early night and drifted off to sleep.

 

I woke up as I thought someone had touched my knee and I pulled the covers over me, arms on top of the covers and relaxed - when I felt the sensation of someone massaging the knuckles on my hand. That's when I realized I was getting healing, so I closed my eyes and drifted off into a deep sleep and I didn't wake til morning, where I normally toss and turn and wake several times. I sat on the edge of the bed, moved my joints - no pain!  I stood up - no pain! I had no pain all day and it was such a relief. 

 

When I told Helen, she said she had sent healing around midnight, around the time when I woke and she said she would send more that night. I was feeling very tired early evening and I always listen to my body, so I went to bed early and I went straight into a deep sleep. My husband said I didn't move when he came to bed and I slept till my alarm went off the next morning. This never happens! I usually get up several times a night.  Again, I had no pain and I had energy to catch up on my house work, which had piled up from feeling so ill. Today is day 4 - still no pain. 
 

I highly recommend Helen's distance healing. To go 4 days with no pain is heaven to me. Helen is an Earth Angel. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain. Be open minded and give her distance healing a try. I can't thank Helen enough, she is so kind and caring.
